How fast will the power come up?
Do the inputs power up at the same time or do they preceded power up?
What is the minimum input differential voltage that must have correct output in 1us?

Thanks for taking this question.

Power and inputs all start from a zero power state. When power is initially applied the pulse will rise at a maximum rate 20V/us, but usually no faster than 3V/us. The minimum differential voltage is not too critical right now. I could tolerate 100mV easily with a reference, or if large(1-2V)hysteresis could be obtained, I could simply ground the inverting input as a "reference" and use 1.5V as the differential trigger voltage. The latter of the two being strange, I know. The output will be capacitive with a max of 5nF.

Here are 12 comparator to start.

Most are 2.7V minimum VCC; so at 3V/us about 1us is used just for the power to come up.

I would expect that a device without power up reset circuitry would power up faster (no delays) however the output may not be glitch free. This is fine if you plan the latch the last output state just before power down.

None of these device are in my product division. I suggest picking your favorite 2 or 3 devices and start new posts with these part numbers. (product owners will respond)
