I'm Driving a MOSFET with the help of an Op amp .I need some enlightenment about the OP-Amps available with the following specifications.

1.Single supply Voltage(as I'm grounding the negative supply)

2.Output Current > 500mA

3.Slew rate >100V/uS

4.High Bandwith

Those specs are well beyond a general purpose op amp.

Nevertheless, I will find some devices for you.

Starting at TI.com , I sleceted amplifiers then selected >100V/us and > 500mA

There are 8 devices that match.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm looking for a op-Amp that drives a MOSFET whose Ciss=1200pF .(Qg=30nC) .

Its for DC Electronic load application.

Manjunath,

OPA354 is a op-amp with very good performance. If you have further questions, I suggest starting a new thread in the high speed forum.
