We do not have a published sheet for the land pattern of the DRV421, but we do have the footprint available for most CAD softwares. You can download it by going here and downloading the .bxl file for the DRV421. You will need UltraLibrarian to uncompress it into whichever software suite you use (it has a link for download there as well):

Alternatively, we also have this app note available detailing how to go about generating your own land pattern for a QFN:

If you need the actual metrics, let me know, and I will see if I can find out from our Altium librarians how they went about constructing the footprint for the .bxl

Unfortunately , I don't have PCB tool like Altium and Cadence ・・・.

Is it possible to use DRV411 land data?
