Need help finding Spice model

  • Mike,

We do not have a SPICE model for the XTR105. The only thing close would be an example of the XTR111 that was posted to the forum some time ago:

It might give you some insight into the workings of the device.

  • Hello,

There is not an official SPICE model for the XTR105.  I've attached two designs that feature an unofficial XTR105 SPICE model that can be used to evaluate the basic transfer function and connections to the XTR105.  The first design configures the XTR105 for a 0-200C PT100 RTD measurement and the second design is for a -200C - 850C PT100 RTD measurement.  Please note that these models do not model the performance metrics of the XTR105 device and should only be used to help understand the functionality of the XTR105 device.  The ideal op amps used in the design can create unrealistically large voltages and currents so if you notice something strange there's probably a connection issue.
