THS4511: THS4511 spec question

Hi,

base on THS4511 DS, the utput voltage is 1.25 to 3.75V.

but the DS figure11 X axis show the Vcm form -1V to 1V.

how to understand the Vcm value? is the CM voltage be AC single?

    On Page 5, under OUTPUT, the amplifiers output swing is from 1.2V to 3.8V when operating from 0V to 5V supplies. On split +/-2.5V supplies, that translates to -1.3V to 1.3V.

    Also on Page 5, under OUTPUT COMMON-MODE VOLTAGE CONTROL, the common-mode input spec into the amplifier is 1.25 to 3.75V for single-supplies, or -1.25V to 1.25V on split supplies. This is the linear range of voltages that you can apply at pins 4 and 9 that control the output common-mode of the amplifier. These specs are purely DC in nature.

    The results that you are seeing in Figure 11 is measuring the amplifier performance at AC. The -1.0V to 1.0V spec is with reference to the output common-mode at mid-supply. It is cautioning you that while the amplifier is spec'ed for an output common-mode from -1.3V to 1.3V (wrt to the output common-mode voltage, 2.5V in this case) the linearity performance is very good for output common-modes from -0.8V to 0.5V and degrades outside those boundaries.
