Hi all

Would you mind if we ask AMC1301?
 
Do you have the characteristic diagram of Single-ended input resistance and Differential input resistance concerned with temparature?
(Our cusutomer would like to know the value RIN and RIND with full temapature range(-40 upto 125C).)

    Hi Matsumoto-san,

    We do not have characterization data on the AMC1301 RIN or RIND over temperature.  You can however refer to Figure 16 which shows that IIB is quite stable over temperature, which implies the input resistance is stable over temperature as well.
