LMH6554: Phase characteristics in closed loop

Hello support team,

Our customer is about to use LMH6554.
He seems to be studying circuits in which the phase characteristics are important, and he wants to know the phase characteristics in the closed loop.
The specific matters that he wants to know are the phase characteristics with respect to the frequency corresponding to Figures 1 to 4 in the data sheet.
Do you have such data?

The best way to do this is to simulate the circuit in SPICE using the models available on the web at the link below:

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The customer understand that he can simulate the phase characteristics using spice model and confirm them.
And then he wants to know the actual characteristics with data of it.
Is there no data that can be disclosed?

Masanori-san, We unfortunately do not have any data on phase information. This is a very well simulated parameter that correlates well with the closed loop frequency response (gain) so we haven't typically looked to measure this.

Does ADS model of LMH6554 include small signal model and transient one?
Or only small signal model?

I think the ADS model of LMH6554 should include both the small signal model and transient one.
