AMC1301: About Nonlinearity

Hello Team,


TCEg : -50(min), ±15(typ), 50(max) [ppm/℃]
Nonlinearity: -0.03%(min), ±0.01%(typ), 0.03%(max)


What formula does the above nonlinearity calculate?
I would like to know if this nonlinearity becomes close to ±0.01% as Vfsr becomes smaller than ±250mV.

    Thank you for your questions about the AMC1301! In regards to your first question, I'm not sure that I understand what formula you are looking for. The gain and non-linearity errors are based on physical measurements, not calculations. Figures 22 and 23 present the gain error drift with VDD1 at 3.3 and 5.0V, while Figures 25, 26 and 27 show nonlinearity over input voltage, supply voltage and temperature. Is this the detail you are looking for?
