Hello friends,

I am trying to convert sine wave to square wave using zero cross detector with op amp.

input: 500mV AC 1.2MHz

output: +or-Vcc gate pulse for MOSFET

Please any one suggest the circuit design for the above ratings

Thanks for your inquiry using E2E. Here is a similar application: https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/etc_amplifiers__other_linear/f/18/t/435757 using the TLV3501: www.ti.com/product/TLV3501 .

What I am not certain about at this point is whether the 500mV AC has to be amplified first before applying to the comparator. I will follow-up on this asap.
