THS3215: Scattering Parameters

So far contacting anyone has been a pain.

is there any chance i can get s-parameter files on the THS3215, THS3217 or THS4304?

i would like to model any or all of these components in National Instruments Microwave Office.

    Hi Brian,

    I don't think we have S-parameter files readily available for these parts. Would it be possible to use TINA-TI or PSPICE models instead for your simulation? The TINA-TI or PSPICE models can be accessed through the Tools and Software folder of the product page: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

    Also, if the NI Microwave Office can import PSPICE models, then you might want to look into importing the PSPICE models for THS3215/THS3217. I don't think the THS4304 models available online are accurate and I would refrain you from using them in your simulator. I have also attached instructions for importing HSPICE model in ADS which should be similar to import PSPICE model: .
