ISO122: Difference between ISO122 and ISO122J

I have a question.
Could you please teach me the difference between ISO122 and ISO122J.

In the data sheet, it seems that there is only a difference in specification of noise.
Is there any other function or characteristic difference?

Hi Tachbana-san,

Noise is one difference between the ISO122 and ISO122J, the bigger difference is linearity. Otherwise, there is no functional difference between the parts.

Is it possible to substitute ISO122 for ISO 122J?
If ISO122 is substituted for ISO122J, is there any problem?
