I am going to double-check with the local TL07x expert but it looks like the absolute maximum rating for Tj is 150C as shown in the abs max table in Section 6.1 of the PDS. Be mindful that the specified operating temperature is -40C - 85C though for the "I" version.
The Theta-JA applies to all grades of the device and depends on the package. I've copied Table 6.4 from the TL07x PDS below.

The electrical table perfomance applies to TA = TJ = 85C. With heavier loads TJ will be significantly greater than TA. Theta-JA is in the data sheet. However, that number applies to JDEC standard test board. Theta-JA on application boards vary based on many factors. Max junction is 150C however this adversely affects expected lifetime of the device.
