Hello Team,
I have a customer who is working with the ONET4201PA and is unsure why the Max junction temperature is rated more then the storage temperature.
" The max junction temp is +125°C which seems to conflict with the max storage temp of only +85°C. Can you review the storage rating on this part and determine if possibly the datasheet is in error? If the datasheet is not in error can you elaborate on why the low storage rating temperature. "
Could you confirm if this is an error or indeed there is reasoning behind it.
