Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA348
Hello,
I am not getting the offest I am expecting. The offest should be 1v and the output is having an offset of 2V.

Hello Pratham,
The transfer function of the circuit is V3*(1+R1/R2) + VG1*(-R1/R2). Thus setting V3 to 1V will produce an offset of 3V on the output (1V*(1+2k/1k) = 3V). If you would like a 1V offset on the output, V3 should be set to 0.333V.
Thank you,

Hello Pratham,
One other comment is that the OPA348 cannot be used with a 10V supply (+/-5V). The maximum supply voltage that the OPA348 is specified at is 5.5V (+/-2.75V). So you could use a single 5V supply or a dual supply of +/-2.5V. Please watch our TI Precision Lab videos on Input and Output Limitations for more information.
Thank you,
Tim Claycomb
