OPA365: How to calculate the I/V amplifier GBW

Hi team,

My customer wants to use the chip OPA365. And the GBW is 50Mhz.

How can i know the chip is ok for 20Mhz current signal? Because input is current and i connect it to the negative input to transfer it to voltage.

I cannot get the Gain of the amplifier circuit. How to figure it ok or not?

Do you have some suggestions?

Hi Frank,

The bandwidth will be dependent on the feedback resistor, effective input capacitance, and feedback capacitor. If you have these values I can help to work through the bandwidth calculations. What does the input to the circuit look like? If it is a photodiode or some other similar device, then it will likely be the dominant input capacitance factor.
