XTR300: Do TI have solution to get the +-40mA output solution/IC for PLC/DCS AO module？

My customer is using XTR300 for +-20mA analog ouput solution, but there is a new requirement for increasing the output current range to +-40mA.

I would like to check with product line whether TI have IC/solution that can implement the +-40mA for the analog output module in PLC/DCS application?

Hi Iven,

We don't have any XTR products that can support that application, and as far as I can tell we don't have any other integrated solutions that would be a good fit. You could achieve this with a device such as the XTR110 if you add external low-side drive circuitry to accommodate the bidirectional current requirement. And example of this can be found in figure 8 of the XTR110 datasheet.
