Hi,

How much is the surge tolerance during primary side(GND1) and secondary side(VDD2)?

My customer needs to examine surge tolerance because VINP/N pin are outside on their application.

They'll test discharge in the air(not contact).

The AMC1301-Q1 ESD ratings are listed in section 6.2 of the datasheet on page 4. What surge level does your customer plan to test at?

Hi Tom-san,

Thank you for your help.

They don't have reference of serge level and would like to check validity of their test.
Are VIN/P pins supposed to be outside on applications?
This application is current sensing module.
