TLV9062: Can this amp be used as comparator?

Hi,

I noted its absolute maximum differential input can be as high as V+ - V- +0.2v. Is it means this part can be used as comparator?

Hi John,

Yes, the TLV9062 can be used a comparator. It does not feature any back-to-back input clamps and the differential voltage is correct as you listed it.

Since the TLV9062 features pretty strong overload recovery and slew rate specifications compared with similar devices, it works pretty well as comparator.
