ISO124: Possible Wrong Taping Dimension for ISO124U/1K (SOIC Package)?

Hi,

Can you please help to confirm if attached taping specs of ISO124U/1K is correct versus SOIC package size?

Please refer below.

It seems part cannot fit into tape.

Can you confirm with if taping specs is correct or package dimension is correct? I think package dimension is correct but not the taping spec.

a) Page 24 (refer to datasheet)

Pocket width “A0” is 1.11mm

b) Page 26 (refer to datasheet)

Package width is minimum 10.01mm.

Please do kindly help to advise the correct taping spec, thanks.

Hi Philip,

Yes, something looks wrong on the ISO124 taping specs - the package drawing is correct though. We'll try to have this resolved shortly.
