I'm interested in LM2901 and LM139, both parts share the same datasheet, Is LM2901 and LM139  | manufacture based on Bipolar process technologies

    Hello Nick,

    Generally, the same basic die is used in the LMx39 & LM2901 devices. The difference between the devices lies in the production testing conditions and limits.

    These devices all use the same junction isolated bipolar process.
