ACF2101: Questions on the specification of the ACF2101

Hello,

I have some questions on some of the specifications of the ACF2101 that I could not find in the datasheet.

What is HBM/CDM (ESD) rating for this part?
Need recommended solder profile for this part.
Need to know how many thermal cycles this part is rated for.

Please let me know what you think.

Hey Julien,

Here are the requested specifications:

HBM = 350V & CDM = 500V
Solder Profile (Surface Mount Solderability): Per JEDEC - Convection / IR Oven Reflow for Pb-free. Preheat temperature: 160-180C. Preheat time: 50-70s. Reflow temperature: 230-245C. Reflow time: 50-70s.
Temperature Cycle: 500 cycles @-65/+150C
