Hey Julien,

Here are the requested specifications:

HBM = 350V & CDM = 500V
Solder Profile (Surface Mount Solderability): Per JEDEC - Convection / IR Oven Reflow for Pb-free. Preheat temperature: 160-180C. Preheat time: 50-70s. Reflow temperature: 230-245C. Reflow time: 50-70s.
Temperature Cycle: 500 cycles @-65/+150C
