request help on trans-impedance amplifier board

I've been asked by TI sales folks to post here for support.  Can you help?

 

I’m trying to identify a transimpedance amplifier on a board w/SMA connectors @input/output.  Ideally, this board can convert differences of ~1uA input current into ~10mV output that goes to a scope.  Pulse widths used in this setup will be between ~10-100ns, with 1ns rise/fall times.

 

Can you help identify any TI products which would work, or come close to working, under these test conditions?

    I would suggest looking at the OPA857 for your application. It is a dedicated transimpedance amplifier with two internal switchable gains of 5k and 20k ohms and can easily be set to 10k ohms by adding an external resistor in parallel. The signal path has approximately 120MHz of bandwidth, so you will see some limiting on the edge rate of your pulses, but we can potentially adjust the compensation to make it faster if necessary. Samples and EVM's of the device are available on the ti.com website.
