LM2903: difference between LM2903D and LM2903QD

Part Number: LM2903

Hello Team

Could tell us the difference between LM2903D and LM2903QD?

  • Hi Xiao,

The difference between the LM2903D and LM2903Q1 is that the LM2903Q1 is automotive qualified.

    Regards,
    Jaskaran
  • Ah! Careful!!

There are a series of older "Q" devices in the LM290x series that are commercial devices production tested to automotive specifications, but have NOT undergone full automotive ACQ-100 qualifications.

The true automotive ACQ-100 qualified devices have a "Q1" in the part number, and are on a separate datasheet.

The LM2903Q is on the LM2903 commercial datasheet, and is considered a commercial device.

The ACQ-100 qualified devices, which undergo full ACQ-100 qualifications, are on the LM2903-Q1 datasheet.
