OPA129: Can this device be acquired as an unpackaged die?

I am considering integrating a photodiode with a trans-impedance amplifier and was wondering if the OPA129 is available in die form?

Hi Eric,

Sorry we were slow getting back to you. The number of TI products available as die is limited. I found this webpage and it lists those that are available:

www.ti.com/.../overview.page

The OPA129 is not on the list but if your supply voltages are low the LMP7721, low femptoamp input bias current amplifier is available.

Hi Eric,

If 5V is too low and can go up to 15V supply, I would also recommend the LMC6001 (tested to 25fA) or LMC6081 (parent die of LMC6001 and still typically <20fA). Or the LMC6482 if you need R-R input (also typically <20fA).
