Hello,

I would like to know about MPY634KU, Wide Bandwidth PRECISION ANALOG MULTIPLIER operating temperature,  it is mentioned  as 'temperature range specification' -40 to +85Deg C.

Can we operate this at 100 deg ambient temperature by  Limiting the sourcing current to 50% of its max rating ?

    Hello Basil,

    I don't recommend using the MPY634KU at 100 C TA. The Absolute Maximum rated storage temperature for this plastic package is +85 C. Operating the device at 100 C TA will void the TI standard warranty.
