LF411: The junction temperature(Tj) on LF411CP

Hello,

 

Regarding to junction temperature on LF411CP, my customer is asking a question.

They will use LF411CP for replacement of LF411CN/NOPB(End of life).

(Question)

Could you please tell us junction temperature(Tj) on LF411CP?

It is not described on datasheet. (On LF411CN, it is 115℃(max: PDIP package).)

    The only data sheet defined terms are ambient temperature maximum is 70C and storage temperature is 150C maximum.
    Maximum operating temperature will be somewhere in between. I believe 115C is a reasonable maximum temperature that should be compatible with LF411CP. As long as ambient is less than 70C, then data sheet requests have been met.
