It seems like LM358DR has a push-pull OUT pin.

Do we has open-drain OUT pin and also p2p with this part?

Please explain why you need an op amp (not a comparator) with an open collector (or open drain) output.

Jim,

There is the TL972 that adds a current source to the open collector output , however the current source can't be turned off.
There is the LM393 which is truly open collector output, however I'd expect it to be unstable because it is a comparator which means there is no frequency compensation inside.
