Hi,

Haven't been able to track down a current noise spec on the TLV4170.  Is this information that can be shared?

    Hi Jacob,

    We don't always specify the input current noise for general purpose CMOS amplifiers because it is very small and is rarely a dominant noise source in most application circuits.

    I would guess the noise is in the order of 0.5 - 5 fA/rt(Hz) (probably closer to 1fA/rt(Hz)) based on some similar high-voltage CMOS devices that we do provide this specification for.
