LM339: Current consumption.

Good afternoon, I need to know the current consumption in operation mode and standby mode of the Integrated Circuit lm339. I could not find this data in datasheet.

    Hello Eduardo,

    The LM339 does not have a "standby" mode, it has a continuous quiescent current draw. Current is typically about 200uA per comparator.

    The supply current may increase a few percent as the output toggles faster - but is generally constant. Since the output is open-collector, output load does not change the supply current.
