INA301: Nominal Package Height

The VSSOP-8 is a very common package.  I believe that the DGK package addendum is accurate.  Also, if you want BXL or STEP files, they can be found by searching INA301 at https://webench.ti.com/cad/

My question was what is the nominal and minimum height? The package addendum only lists the maximum. Even on our generic packaging page, only the maximum value is listed.

Looks like this same question was asked several years ago with no results.  I'm not sure why there is no spec on this, so I will confer with our packaging team and see if they can shed some light on this topic.  It may take a couple days, depending on their loading.  Understand too that even if I get an answer for the minimum thickness, it's not a guarantee and if the customer designs to that spec, it's at their own risk.

This is not so the customer can design to the nominal or minimum height. The data is required to be specified by the vendor in order to comply with part creation rules.
