Hi,

I am designing a RTD ckt using constant current source method. PT1000 required max 0.5mA source current to prevent from self heating.Please suggest me constant current source regulator IC which givesus current 200uA/250uA/400uA??

Hello Sayali,
Many of our ADCs have IDACs for this kind of RTD measurement. Take for instance the ADS1247. It has two IDACs (IEXC1 and IEXC2 pins) that provide currents of 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, and 1500 μA. Would something like that be of interest to you?
