Thank you for your interest in the AMC1200! The MTBF for this device is 7.14E+08 and the FIT is 1.4.

This value is the result of an accelerated test?
Can I consider it as the FIT at 55°C ?

Hi Giovanni,

Yes, 1000 hour Test Duration and Usage Temp of 55.
