AMC1301: VIORM Diffrence from AMC1311

AMC1301 has the same CLR with AMC131.， But their VIORM is diffrence, one is 1500V, the other 2121V. Could you give some comment about it?

Hi Xiao!

Can you give us the AMC1301 document number(s) you are referring to? I suspect the difference is in DC versus RMS values.

Hi Xiao,

Sorry for the confusion here. I read the 'text' in your post without considering the title of it. The 'AMC131' entry had me confused and I thought perhaps you saw the VIORM listed differently for the AMC1301 in two different documents. The AMC1301 and AMC1311 are built on slightly different silicon processes which is why there is a difference in the VIORM values.
