LMP91000: Interfacing with a Raspberry PI

Part Number: LMP91000

Hi,

I am trying to interface an LMP91000 potentiostat to a Raspberry Pi for my mini project, and I need a Phyton code to achieve this task. Please would you mind please helping me. Thanks

  • Hi Sam,
Unfortunately we don't have phyton code for the LMP91000 device, but I2C libraries for Raspberry Pi should be easy to find on many web sites.

Did you use the LMP91000 Webench Tool to select the gas you want to detect and the appropriate electrochemical sensor? This tool will generate the proper register configuration for the LMP91000 device and will show the schematics.

If the Gas and/or sensor is not listed there you can load the parameters such as sensitivity (nA/ppm) based on you sensor of preference.

This Webench Designer can be found in the right middle portion of the web page below:

    www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware.

    Regards,
    Jose
