The test is as follows.

ESD (AIR) : 25KV

Sample test (Failure / Good) : 4 / 100

My customer designed circuit, AMC1200 front to 800KΩ, capacitors. but only AMC1200 is dead.

Can you explain, why AMC1200 died?

Thank you for your query about the AMC1200! Without knowing a little more about the layout of the circuit and how the test pulase was applied, it is a little difficult to come to an immediate conclusion as to what the problem might be. Can you provide any additional detail?
