AMC1301: The reason of ripple on output of AMC1301

I am sensing voltage by AMC1301 and using on ADC. You can find schematic below. I have seen ripple (apapproximately 184mv) on output of isolation amplifier so I can not read output voltage of amplifier on my ADC.

Also I have to say, when I am checking VoutP and VoutN on scope I have not seen reverse voltage signal wave. I mean, I'm thinking diferential amplifier can not solve this issue.

What is the purpose of ripple on output of AMC1301? Do you have any advice for it? For example adding capacitor to Vdd1 or something else.

By the way, I added 1k resistor to schematic. It's for high voltage. This situation has no effect on the problem.

Hi Ugur!

Do you by chance have screen shots of the ripple on the AMC1301 Vout+ and Vout- outputs? They should go in opposite directions (starting at ~1.44V) as your input voltage increases.

I dont have screen shot yet. Peak to peak voltage is 184mV on Vout+ output.

Hi Ugur,

Have you figured out what is going on with the VOUT- in your system yet? If you can't grab a screen shot of the ripple, can you describe it perhaps? Is it sinusoidal, triangular, etc? What is the frequency?
