    All of this information is found in the datasheet. Did you look there and have trouble finding it? I filled out a few of these for you, but you'll be better served by looking yourself if you know the desired supply voltage and temperature conditions.

    Max Storage Temp: 150 C
    Min Storage Temp: -65 C
    Abs Max Input Voltage: -0.2 V to VDD+0.2 V
    Vicm: 0 to VDD
    Crosstalk Attenuation: better than -100dB from 10 Hz to 100kHz.
