Please let me know the absolute maximum voltage of output port.
I will apply any bias voltage to output port at initially.

    Acguy,

    You may drive I/O pins, including output, up to 0.5V beyond the supply rail. Since all I/O pins include reverse-biased ESD diodes to both rails, driving the output more than 0.5V above or below rail requires limiting the current to 10mA - this may be done by adding appropriately sized series output resistor.
