PGA309: Continuous Vout enable PGA309 when using only a micro controller and no EEPROM

It is unclear or not obvious on how to have a continuous Vout enable when using only a micro controller that drives the PGA308 via SDA and SCL and using no EEPROM based on the description of the OEN[7:0] of Register 7 in section 6.2.8 of the PGA309 User Manual

Any help is greatly appriciated

I found the problem, the Test pin was not properly connected as described in section 3.4 in the User Manual.
