My customer would like to use RC 4559　in Japan but I can not order in Japan.

What is the reason why RC 4559 can not be purchased in Japan?

This device can be ordered in Japan, I don't know why the web indicates that it cannot. Do you have a local TI contact that can help you place the order? That would be the best path forward.
