OPA340: Die area needed to predict radiation susceptibility

Do you have radiation data for the OPA340NA? If not,

could you provide the die area? This would be used

to predict susceptibility to space radiation.

Die size for the OPA340 is .00037 X .00056 mils/939.8 uM X 1422.4 uM

We do not characterize all of our parts for radiation susceptibility, but this part does have an App note on EMI Immunity...you can find it here:

Could you tell me if there were any changes to the die architecture for this part between Feb 2008 (DC0806) and August 2016 (DC 1636). I did see a wafer fab site qualified in 2013 (PCN 2013025001).
