If not, could you provide the die area?

This would be used to predict susceptibility to

radiation.

Die size for the OPA121:
141 X 80 mils
3581.4 X 2032 uM

This part has not been characterized for radiation susceptibility.

Responding to your questions via the friend request...
My mistake...the die size below is for the INA121.
The INA121 is FET input but the rest is bipolar
Also the OPA547 is completely bipolar process
