INA139NA/3K or INA139NA/3KG4

Hi there,

I have some questions on the differences between INA139NA/3K and INA139NA/3KG4.

I take note INA139NA/3KG4 is a Pb-free part, but when I check its contents, it has Pb content under Lead Frame material.

Can you tell me what are the differences between INA139NA/3K and INA139NA/3KG4 then?

And why INA139NA/3KG4 has Pb in its content?
