Hello, I have got a very old pcb with some parts that I cannot find any more. These parts are:

sfc2101A

sfc2111M

sfc2741M

Are there any corresponding parts replacing the above parts I referred to? Maybe the lm101, lm111 and lm741 but I am not sure.

Please give me any suggestions.

all in TO-99 package? Which is the supply voltage of these OPAmps on your PCB?

Hi Kai,

Yes they are all in TO-99 Package. I suppose the supply voltage is at 15V as the power supply behind these pcbs gives 15V dc. Unfortunatelly I have not seen all the device, i have just got the pcb and the information about the power supply output voltage.

Hi Dimitris,

Do you have additional information on the boards that you could share? You mentioned the Vin is 15V, how about Vout and load?
