Amplifier (can be Op. Amplifier) for signal conditioning of an avalanche photodiode

I am currently developing an application with an avalanche photodiode. The output signal of this component is connected to an operational amplifier (example OP211). The thermal noise of the avalanche photodiode is influenced by the Famp( Noise figure of the amplifier). The thermal noise TN is given by TN=(4*Famp*k*T*B*Rin) where k is the Boltzmann constante, T is the temperature in Kelvin, B is the bandwidth and Rin is the input resistance of the amplifier. How could I define the value of Famp?
