Hello,

I want to sense  Line Voltage Range 160 V to 300 V .

wanted to sense OV and UV on controller pin .

    Hello,
    I do not believe this is the correct forum for that request. I would think that would fall under the op-amps team if you wanted to build a circuit like that. I am not aware of any IC with that capability from the protection team.

    is the plan to monitor the line voltage directly or is there an option to resistor divide down the voltages?
    we have two window comparator devices in our portfolio. The TLV6700 can operate from supplies up to 18V and the TLV6710 can operate up to 36V. Both of these products have internal references. So input signals are divided down to the reference level so that one comparator goes low if the undervoltage condition is crossed and the other comparator goes low if the input crosses the overvoltage condition. the outputs are open-drain, so the outputs can be connected together and level shifted to drive a single controller pin.
