R71 and R73 are connected by two signal inputs. I want to compare the two signals, but when the power is supplied, it is normal. When a dual power supply is supplied, the input voltage of 5 feet will be pulled down.
Because it shares a chip with a filter, the filter needs dual power supply.
Another question is whether LM2902QPWRQ1 is a single power supply or a dual power supply.
