Dear All
I am looking for a High Frequency Transimpendance Amplifier. My most importnat requirements are:
-BW > 5GHz, I am talking about the frequency, not of the gain bandwidth product. Indeed the GBP could be around of 25 GHz.
- Analog response. I have seen the most of the TIA are designed to offer a digital signal at the output but I need obtain an analog ouptut.
The output current value of my PD is around of uA.
