I have an inquiry from customer for graphs/data versus temperature of our LM2902PWR. Do we have the below information?

1) Common Mode Rejection Ratio vs Ambient Temp

2) Large Signal Voltage Gain vs Ambient Temp

3) Gain Bandwidth Product vs Ambient Temp

4) Input Bias Current vs Ambient Temp

Hi Alfred,

Please see my below comments:

CMRR and GBW are typical values and the rules of thumb on these are ±30% over process and temp. We don't have any data over temp that we can share.

For large signal voltage gain, there is a minimum value specified for the full temp range of 15V/mV which means that all devices will have at least that level of gain from -40 to 125C. There is no curve we can show here.

Input bias current for a Bipolar op-amp over temperature is relatively flat, you can look at Figure 1 in the LM2904 datasheet (dual of the same device).

I do not have GBWP vs. temperature. I do expect that variance device to device can vary more than over temperature for a single device.
